Administrative Structure of Episkopos Theological Bible College

Episkopos Theological Bible College is governed by three major administrative offices. These offices play vital roles in the day-to-day running and strategic direction of the institution. This structure enables students and staff to know the appropriate authorities to meet for guidance, academic support, and administrative matters.

Chancellor, Episkopos Theological Bible College

The Chancellor's Office/Activities

Serves as the ceremonial and spiritual head of the institution.

Provides visionary leadership and overall direction for the college.

Oversees major institutional decisions and long-term planning.

Represents the institution at official functions, both locally and internationally.

Ensures the theological integrity and spiritual direction of the college is upheld.

Significance: The Chancellor is a key figure in the Board of Directors, providing spiritual oversight and acting as the primary guardian of the college’s mission and values. The Chancellor also plays a vital role in institutional development, partnerships, and external relations.

Prof. Stewart Mba is a prolific author and content developer, having written and compiled over 400 professional materials, manuals, and books on diverse topics including:

Leadership, Administration & Management, Productivity, Service Excellence, Teamwork Systems, Followership And other areas relevant to ministry and organizational development

He has also served in several leadership capacities within the Pentecostal Fellowship of Nigeria (PFN) at both the Lagos State and Provincial levels, making significant contributions to ministerial growth and unity in the body of Christ.

Vice Chancellor Episkopos Theological Bible college

The Vice Chancellor's Office/Activities

Acts as the chief executive officer of the college.

Oversees the academic and administrative operations of the institution.

Coordinates staff, faculty, and student affairs.

Implements policies and decisions approved by the Board of Directors.

Provides leadership in curriculum development, program delivery, and quality assurance.

Significance: As a senior member of the Board of Directors, the Vice Chancellor bridges the gap between vision and execution. This office ensures that the goals of the institution are translated into actionable plans, maintaining high academic and administrative standards.

  • NCE – Nigeria Certificate in Education: He began his academic journey at City College of Education, where he laid a strong foundation for his future endeavors.

  • Degree in Bible and Theolog: He earned this degree from Two Witness Bible, Michigan, USA, gaining deep scriptural insight and theological understanding.

  • Master of Arts in Christian Leadership Obtained from Apostolos Bible University, Edo State, Nigeria, refining his leadership skills for impactful ministry.

  • Doctorate in Christian Ministry (or relevant field if you'd like to specify) Recognized for his scholarly contributions and lifelong dedication to theological education.

The Registrar's Office/Activities

Manages student admissions, academic records, and registration.

Coordinates examination schedules, results, and certification.

Maintains official institutional records and correspondence.

Provides administrative support to faculty and students.

Oversees compliance with accreditation and academic policies.

Significance: The Registrar is an essential part of the Board of Directors, ensuring academic integrity, proper documentation, and the smooth functioning of academic programs. This office serves as the administrative backbone of the institution, supporting both faculty and students.

These three offices form the core leadership of Episkopos Theological Bible College, working together under the guidance of the Board of Directors to maintain spiritual focus, academic excellence, and administrative efficiency.
